This privacy statement discloses the privacy practices for FMP IR Ltd (FMP IR). We do not share users’ details with any 3rd parties. It is important for you to review this Privacy Policy.
This policy is effective as of 24th May 2018 and complies with the provisions set out under the European Union General Data Protection Regulation and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations.
Information Retention, Suitability and Use
FMP IR Ltd is the controller of the information collected on our sites. Our primary purpose in using the personal information is to provide you with the opportunity to participate in investor meetings or simply watch investor films and provide our corporate clients with information about investor interest. We use your personal information to provide the services and customer support that we have deemed is suitable and relevant to you; and where users have given us their consent, to deliver targeted marketing. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others, nor shall we use it other than in the ways disclosed in this statement. This information is stored on FMP IR computers and databases, and access is restricted to specific personnel. We store this information to ensure that you receive the type of communications from us that you have consented to, and to respond to your enquiries.
Email distribution
We use a third-party mailing list specialist, Campaign Monitor, to deliver our marketing communications. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies so that we can analyse our reports for readership trends. Web Statistics
When someone visits either www.fmp-tv.co.uk or fmp-ir.com, we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information such as IP addresses and details of visitor behaviour patterns. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the sites, analyse trends, administer the sites, track user movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use for reporting and potentially advertising and sponsorship purposes. All information processed remains anonymous; we do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our websites. If we do want to collect personally identifiable information through our websites, we will be upfront about this. We will make it clear when we collect personal information and will explain what we intend to do with it.
Customer Service Correspondence
All customer service correspondence is recorded in our records and in the records of your account. We retain these records in order to keep records of our relationship, to measure and improve our customer service, and to investigate potential fraud and contraventions of our User Agreement.
Sharing
We sometimes share statistical information about our email distribution and websites’ traffic with our corporate clients. When we do this, the data is strictly processed in way which does not identify individuals. We will not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

Rights to withdraw consent
Our users are given the opportunity to “opt out” and tailor the content that they receive. If you don’t wish to receive marketing communications from us, you have the option to withdraw your consent at any time. You can withdraw your consent by either following the unsubscribe links in the marketing email, or by contacting us using our information at the bottom of this page with a request to unsubscribe. We take your privacy seriously. We will only store your information for as long as you have provided consent to receive our communications.
Correction/Updating Personal Information
If a user’s personally identifiable information changes (such as an e-mail address), or if a user no longer desires our service, you can rectify your data by clicking on the ‘Update your preferences’ button visible in all of our marketing.
Access to personal information
FMP IR tries to be as open as it can be in terms of giving people access to their personal information. Users have the right to access, rectify and erase their personal data. Individuals can find out if we hold any personal information by making a ‘subject access request’ under the Data Protection Act 1998. If we do hold information about you we will:

We keep our privacy policy under regular review. This privacy notice was last updated on 24th May 2018. If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post a comment on this page that the policy has changed so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users by e-mail. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner.
