Renewable energy supplier Good Energy has acquired Amelio Enterprises for £6m. Amelio is a Lincolnshire based solar installation company with a strong presence in the commercial solar sector and extensive experience in education and public sector projects

This acquisition is the latest acquisition by Goo Energy, highlighting its aim to be a leading green energy supplier.

Nigel Pocklington, CEO of Good Energy, commented:
