Iofina plc  the specialists in iodine production, has commissioned the company’s 10th IOsorb® plant. IO#10 will shortly begin concentrating and isolating iodine, with production set to ramp up over the coming weeks.

IO#10 is the Company’s seventh plant currently operating in Oklahoma, constructed with a new partner and in Iofina’s new core area where oil and gas drilling activity is high. The new plant is expected to make a material contribution to crystalline iodine production through the end of the year, with the capacity to produce 100-150MT per annum.
