HVPE ESTIMATED NAV PER SHARE UPDATE AT 31 JULY 2024

• Estimated NAV per share $51.46 (£40.03); an increase of 0.5% in US dollar terms over the previous month
• A net $30 million invested in July 2024
• 29 M&A transactions and IPOs, compared to last 12-month average of 26
• As at 31 July the balance in the Distribution Pool was $37 million.
• Contributions to the Pool during the month totalled $3 million
• During July, HVPE was in the market for 12 days buying back shares worth a total of $6 million.
