NAHL Further Expansion Into Panel Law Firms
AIM listed NAHL have established an Alternative Business Structure (ABS) with Lloyds Davidson, the UK wide Legal Practice. The partnership will trade as ‘National Law Partners’, and is the second ABS announced in recent times by NAHL, a consumer marketing business in the legal services sector who are best known for brands such as the National Accident Helpline.
The move is part of a series of strategic reforms, allowing the business to take advantage of personal injury reforms announced by the UK government earlier this year. NAHL have long been an advocate of the need for reform in the PI market, initiating an industry wide Ethical Marketing Charter in 2015 with the aim of banning nuisance calling and ending the practice of unethical data acquisition and misleading advertising.
The deal will initially create 35 jobs in Kettering and Cardiff, and is seen by NAHL as providing a means to further grow market share in the PI market and further embed themselves as the high quality marketing services provider to Panel Law Firms.
